Book A Driver
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Drink & Drive Colombo provides designated driver services where a driver comes to the customer's location and drives the customer's own vehicle to the requested destination.
1. Booking
Bookings are accepted by telephone or WhatsApp. Customers should provide the pickup location, pickup time and destination so we can confirm driver availability and the applicable charge.
2. Customer's Vehicle
The designated driver operates the customer's own vehicle. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is legally permitted to be driven and is in suitable operating condition.
3. Driver Availability
All bookings are subject to driver availability. For trips outside Colombo, advance booking is required so that driver availability can be arranged.
4. Service Charges
Standard service charges are based on the applicable pricing shown on our Pricing page. Late-night bookings and trips outside Colombo may be charged based on the pickup location, destination and booking time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking information and cooperate with the driver during the service. Customers should inform us of any relevant circumstances that may affect the booking.
6. Safe Driving
Our drivers are expected to operate the customer's vehicle carefully and follow applicable traffic rules throughout the journey.
7. Booking Changes or Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a booking. Driver availability may be affected by late changes or cancellations.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment method agreed at the time of booking. Any applicable charge will be confirmed before the service where possible.
9. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking where providing the service would be unsafe, unlawful or otherwise impractical.
